The website paekos-ltd.com is operated by Paekos Enterprises Limited, registration number HE 482484, registered address Efesou 9, Paralimni 5280, Ammochostos, Cyprus. PEL is a trade name of Paekos Enterprises Limited. Contact: info@paekos-ltd.com.

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Who the site is for

The site is for business users aged 18 and over. It presents our work in software, game development, art and iGaming products to companies that may want to work with us. It is not directed at consumers or at children.

3. What the site is and is not

  • The site sells nothing and has no user accounts.
  • The site does not offer gambling or real-money play. Images and descriptions of games show our work; they are not playable games.
  • Information on the site, including descriptions of services, projects and results, is general information. It is not an offer, a guarantee or legal, financial or regulatory advice.
  • Any services are provided only under a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over anything on the site.

4. Using the contact form

Use the contact form only to send genuine enquiries. Do not send false information, spam, or confidential or sensitive information before we have agreed how it will be handled.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the site, including text, names, logos, artwork, images and code, belongs to Paekos Enterprises Limited or to its clients, partners and licensors. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners and are shown to identify projects and partners.

  • Do not try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it.
  • Do not copy or scrape the site's content at scale, or use automated tools to send messages through it.
